Are there any exclusions?
Yes, see below:
- In conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance.
- For services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation.
- For dental procedures that are referred to specialists.
- On items and products such as an electric toothbrush, waterpik, or toothpaste.
- On any fees charged to the member patient’s account such as late or broken appointment fees.
When can I start using my plan?
Immediately
If I cancel, can I get a refund?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
The West Monroe Dental Membership program is not an insurance program. West Monroe Dental is not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health services. The membership plan is not transferable to other dental offices or any other patient. Memberships will run for one calendar year from the patient’s enrollment date. Membership plan is non-refundable.
